Processing & Handling Time
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 10 business days

  • International Shipping: 15 business days

Delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the USA, Canada, and France. If your country is not listed at checkout, we do not currently ship there. International shipping times may vary depending on customs processing times.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Beléclat is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Beléclat is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist with filing a claim if needed.
